We’re proud to see the Bluegrass Scenic Railroad and Museum recognized by Southern Living in its roundup of 32 Scenic Train Rides in the South.
The feature highlights our 90-minute excursion through the beautiful Kentucky countryside, along with the different ways passengers can experience the journey—from the fresh air of our open-air cars to the classic comfort of first-class seating. Southern Living also gives a nod to our popular Santa Trains, a holiday tradition for families each Christmas season.
For our volunteers, recognition like this means a great deal. Every train ride is made possible by people who give their time and talents to preserve Kentucky railroad history and keep our trains rolling.
